How is managed IT pricing determined?
We price per user per month, with a 5-user minimum on Essential. This includes everything in the plan — no add-ons for standard services, no per-ticket charges, no surprise invoices at month end. What you see is what you pay.
Is there a contract?
Standard agreements are 12 months. This lets us invest properly in your environment from day one — onboarding, documentation, and baseline security configuration take real time. We're not a month-to-month break-fix shop, and that stability is part of what makes the service work.
Does pricing include Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Yes. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 licensing and administration are included in all plans. You won't receive a separate bill for workspace software management. It's one invoice.
How quickly can we get started?
After your free IT assessment, most clients are fully onboarded within 2–3 weeks. We handle agent deployment, documentation, and your baseline security configuration — you don't need to manage the onboarding process.
What if we grow into a higher plan?
Simple. We upgrade your plan at the next billing cycle. There's no migration complexity — you're already on our stack, so moving to Better or Best just unlocks additional services and SLA tiers. No reinstalls, no disruptions.
Do you serve businesses outside Charlotte?
Our primary service area is the Charlotte metro and surrounding region — we can be on-site when it matters. Remote-only clients outside the area are considered case by case. Call us and we'll tell you straight whether we're the right fit geographically.
