Text you type into form fields is masked in these recordings.
• Communications — emails, messages, or notes you send to us.

We do not collect payment card information directly. Any billing is handled through third-party processors subject to their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry or schedule your free IT assessment.
• To provide managed IT services to clients under a signed agreement.

• PostHog — Product analytics and session recordings that show how visitors use our pages. If you submit a form, your visit may be linked to the email address you provide so we can understand how you found us.
• OpenAI Ads — Measures whether visits from ads shown in ChatGPT lead to a form submission or booking. If you enter an email address or phone number, a hashed (scrambled) version may be sent to OpenAI to match your visit to an ad click.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — Advertising measurement based on site visits.
• Google Fonts — Served from Google's CDN; your browser may connect to Google's servers.

AMP IT app in ChatGPT

Our "AMP IT Office IT Check" app in ChatGPT can check a company email domain and book a free 15-minute call. When you use it:

• Email security check: we receive the domain you ask about and read its public DNS records. We note that a check was run for that domain so our team can follow up only if you book. We do not receive your ChatGPT conversation.
• Booking a call: we receive the name, email, company and topic you choose to share, and use them to send the calendar invite, prepare for the call and follow up about it. They are stored in our booking calendar and lead records.

OpenAI's handling of your ChatGPT conversation is covered by OpenAI's privacy policy. To have your information deleted, contact us using the details below.

5. Cookies

Our website may use cookies or similar tracking technologies for analytics, advertising conversion measurement, and remarketing. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings and Google's Ads Settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to view or use our website.
